I am writing this review after using this tea for a month. I used to have really bad sleep pattern and hardly used to get any sleep at night. and since the day i have used this product, just in 3-4 days i could see a difference. I used to take sleeping pills and now its beens 20 days that i havent taken them. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT,. and i recommend it to everyone who is going through trouble while sleeping. its so easy to make, and doesnt have any specific taste. its an amazing product.
